Nursery - TEMP

All staff are paediatric first aid trained in addition to their childcare qualifications. Some specialist training, such as speech and language, is delivered in-house.

Rooms are set out for specific age groups to ensure that each child learns and develops appropriately, individual needs are met, and any issues with development are identified and addressed – working in close partnership with other healthcare and educational professionals. 

We maintain good communications with parents who have additional opportunities for involvement through special events such as children's health pop-ups, parents' evenings, and a mobile app that provides access to daily updates about their child.

The nursery benefits from a large outdoor space with separate play areas including a sheltered section for the children to play and explore freely, whatever the weather.

The nursery received the Early Years and Education special award from Manchester City Council for having the first practitioner in the UK to be SACS-R trained in a private nursery setting.

SACS-R (Social Attention and Communication Surveillance) is an early autism screening tool used from birth, that helps to get children onto early support pathways.
