Badminton 55 Min
A game with rackets in which a shuttlecock is hit back and forth across a net. It`s a great way to get the blood pumping and a game that’s fantastic fun to play with friends.
Football 55 Min
The best thing about football is that it can be played anywhere from your back garden to your local park. It is also a great workout and can be a lot of fun and playing football increases your aerobic capacity and helps keep your heart healthy.
Football Parties
Hire the football area for an hour to host your football party. A host can be included but balls, bibs and goals will be provided so split yourselves into teams and see who comes out on top!
