went there a few weeks ago to sign up for the gym. the receptionist that helped me out (sylwia) was lovely and explained everything perfectly. she completely sold it to me, the facilities are great - definitely recommend !!!

Lovely gym and very friendly staff and people. The gym is clean and has everything you need. I signed up for pt sessions with Mark and been with him since March. I was new to the gym and Mark made me feel comfortable and is very supportive. Sessions with Mark are fun and my sessions are good and Mark is encouraging and supportive. I have come a long way in my fitness and strength and Mark made all this possible with the training plan he does for me. I 100% recommend Mark has a pt.

Absolutely amazing place. My daughter is 11 and had an induction with Louis and he was so helpful, showing her how to use the equipment safely. All staff are enhanced DBS checked. We love coming here together:)

The gym at the forum is great for the price with all the equipment I need. I’ve done 9 PT sessions with Mark too here and he’s been great, really tailoring my sessions to what I want to achieve and always being incredibly motivating and helping me push myself

I'm regularly playing table tennis there in sports hall, plenty of space, friendly staff.

Great place, plenty to do swimming pool, gym, coffee shop, library, doctor s surgery, newsagent & large dance hall.

Great atmosphere and amazing centre. Love the gym and all colleagues. Ilona and Natalie very helpful at reception. Always smiling and willing to help.

A really lovely leisure centre. Very clean and well looked after. The team are friendly and helpful and it is a great place to meet new people. The exercise classes keep you motivated and there are a range of choices to suit different needs.
