Try our Swim Life lessons, or swim for fun in the pool (please contact reception for our admissions policies for under eights and under fours), parent and toddler sessions, football birthday parties, seasonal pantomimes, Heelys discos, clubs for drama & music, dance and holiday clubs.
Young Adults
Swimming club, special events, (such as talent competitions), jobs fairs, aerobics, dance Classes, karate, badminton, five-a-side and junior gym (induction required).
Adults
Aqua Tone and Aqua Natal classes, badminton, aerobics, sauna & steam rooms, fitness suite (casual use or membership), spinning, circuits, yoga, boxercise and body conditioning.
Over 50's
Swimming, sauna, steam rooms, fitness suite, workout classes, indoor bowls and dancing.
