Visitors to Garden City Festival on Saturday 17 September have the chance to win free return flights for a family from easyJet, for its new Manchester to Bilbao route. Just come along to the easyJet stand on Forum Square between 12 noon and 3pm to enter. The winner will be announced at 3.30pm.
In June, the low-fares airline launched a new three-times-weekly service to Bilbao from Manchester Airport with fares starting from just £29.99 (one-way, including taxes).
Bilbao, located in northern Spain, is the largest city in the Basque Country. The opening of the Guggenheim Museum in 1997 boosted the city’s regeneration and, together with its famous cuisine and accessible coastline, made this historical and cultural city a must-visit destination for tourists.
